Primer provides lean, effective infrastructure for the emerging agentic economy, on Base and beyond. Our x402 facilitator supports all ERC-20s (not just EIP-3009 tokens); paired with our x402 SDK you can build and enable agents to send and receive gasless micropayments. Primer is positioned for ERC-8004 integration, the emerging standard for trustless agent identity, reputation, and validation. Our 8004 gateway allows creation, management and inspection of 8004-enabled agents. With security, privacy and and self-custody in mind, the Primer Console is a complete USB-portable agent management system.
